Peace Was Never the Problem...

Effort Was

Many seasoned seekers have already touched peace — in meditation, in nature, or in quiet moments when effort dropped.

What usually continues is the habit of managing the inner chatter. This experience gently dissolves that effort, allowing peace to stabilize naturally in everyday life.

A Personal Note

I created this experience because I know what it’s like to spend years trying to change your thoughts, heal your patterns, rewire beliefs, create a life you love, and do all the inner work — and still feel a quiet sense of not being at home within yourself.

I explored life purpose, self-care, self-love, manifestation, and other forms of self-improvement. And while there was growth and insight, what I wanted most was something those efforts couldn’t quite give me:

Peace that didn’t depend on circumstances or the conditions of my life.

Alongside that search, I was immersed in deep spiritual study and inquiry. Over time, the focus quietly shifted — away from fixing or improving myself, and toward a sincere devotion to truth itself.

That’s when things changed. Not because my life became perfect, but because peace was no longer something I was trying to create. It was recognized as already here — as what we are — and the effort to manage myself around it began to soften.

This work grew out of that realization. Not as a method or a teaching, but as a gentle way of easing effort so peace could live more fully in everyday life — even when things aren’t perfect.

I don’t offer this as someone who has eliminated thoughts or transcended being human. I offer it as someone who is less entangled and identified with thoughts — and who has found real relief in letting that effort soften.

Love, Jody

What I Actually Teach And What I Don’t

What I Actually Teach

  • How to recognize and soften subtle effort that keeps the mind engaged

  • How to relate to thoughts without becoming entangled or identified with them

  • How peace stabilizes naturally when inner management relaxes

  • How to meet everyday life — emotions, relationships, responsibilities — from greater ease

  • How to live from presence without trying to “stay present”

What I Don’t Teach

  • I don’t teach techniques to change, control, or stop thoughts

  • I don’t offer step-by-step methods or formulas

  • I don’t promise constant bliss or permanent states

  • I don’t believe peace requires fixing or improving yourself

FAQs

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering...

Is this a meditation program or a course?

No. This isn’t a course, a challenge, or a meditation practice.
There’s nothing to complete, master, or do “correctly.”

It’s a short, audio-only experience that gently supports a different relationship with thoughts and inner effort — so peace can stabilize more naturally.

Do I need prior spiritual experience for this?

This experience is designed for seasoned spiritual seekers — people who have already explored meditation, self-inquiry, or inner work.

If you’re brand new to spirituality or looking for techniques, this may not be the right fit.

Is this experience aligned with any particular religion?

No. This experience is not affiliated with any religion and doesn’t ask you to adopt any beliefs or philosophies.

That said, the approach is informed by what’s often called non-dual or direct spirituality — a perspective found across many traditions — which points to peace as something already present rather than something to be achieved.

You don’t need to understand non-duality, agree with it, or even be interested in it for this experience to be meaningful. Nothing here is taught as a belief system.

The focus is entirely experiential and practical:
supporting a more easeful relationship with thoughts and inner effort, so peace can stabilize naturally in everyday life.

What if my mind is very busy or noisy?

That’s completely okay — and very common.

This experience isn’t about quieting the mind.
It supports not being hijacked by it, even when thoughts are present.

A busy mind doesn’t mean anything is wrong.

How much time does this take each day?

Each audio is approximately 8–12 minutes.

You can listen at your own pace, at any time of day.
There’s no homework and nothing to remember between sessions.

Will this make thoughts or emotions disappear?

No — and that’s intentional.

Thoughts and emotions are part of being human.
This work is about changing your relationship to them, not eliminating them.

Many people experience more ease, space, and stability — even while life continues as it is.
